Gaskets and Gasket Molds


We offer a wide collection of Gaskets for various protentional uses. Given the potential cost and safety implications of faulty or leaking gaskets, it is critical that the correct gasket material is selected to fit the needs of the application. We offer three types of baskets: Rubber , Metal and Non-Asbestos. We are also engaged in manufacturing and exporting a comprehensive range of  Gasket Moulds. 



Rubber Gaskets
Rubber Gaskets are cut from moulded sheets. We also do rubber moulding in Natural, Nitrile, Neoprene, Silicon, Viton, SBR, EPDM, Polyurethane etc. Rubber Gaskets are made as per customer’s specifications. Rubber Gaskets are also manufactured in the form of Rubber Rope (Cord),”O” Rings, Seals, Extruded Products in different sections.

Non-Asbestos Gaskets
The material FOR Non-Asbestos Gaskets are sourced from various manufacturers and contains either Kevlar, an aramid fiber, fiberglass, carbon, graphite or another mineral fiber. Regardless of the manufacturer, the basics are the filler and the elastomer used. While no two compounds (or the % of filler) are identical, the basic Elastomers are: NBR (Buna-N), SBR, EPDM or Neoprene. If you examine which material you need (as defined by the application) and select the non-asbestos gasket material with that elastomer you will usually do well. This method will also allow you to select a competitive brand that will serve your application. No two materials are identical so caution must always be exercised.
